Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 7, 2026

On this page

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods through specialtycoffee.lt, operated by MB KAVOS KLUBAS. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns.

    1. Who we are

    MB KAVOS KLUBAS
    Registration code: 305439381
    VAT number: LT100012928712
    Address: Vytauto g. 35-10, LT-08119 Vilnius, Lithuania
    Email: tds@specialtycoffee.lt

    2. Products and pricing

    • All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
    • We make every effort to describe our coffee, gear and merchandise accurately, but minor variations (for example in roast or packaging) may occur. Coffee is a natural, seasonal product.
    • Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
    • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

    3. Your order and the contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation by email; the contract of sale is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be processed).

    4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.

    5. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a coffee subscription, you authorise recurring payments at the interval you select. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee. Each delivery is charged shortly before it is dispatched; you will always be able to see the next delivery date and amount in your account.

    6. Delivery

We deliver as described in our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

    7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer buying at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Lithuanian Civil Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Important exceptions for food: coffee and other food products are perishable and supplied for consumption. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned once delivered, except where the item is faulty. Full details, including how to return eligible gear and merchandise, are in our Shipping & Returns page.

    8. Faulty goods and legal guarantee

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Lithuanian consumer law (including the statutory guarantee of conformity for non-food goods). Please contact us promptly at tds@specialtycoffee.lt with your order number and, where possible, a photo.

    9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

    10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and the “specialtycoffee.lt” brand — is owned by MB KAVOS KLUBAS or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

    11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it, as a consumer you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT) — vvtat.lrv.lt — or use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

    12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
