Orders & shipping

We roast and dispatch within a couple of business days, so your coffee arrives fresh rather than off a shelf.

Across Lithuania, by courier and parcel locker (Omniva, LP Express, DPD). You choose your preferred option at checkout.

Shipping is free in Lithuania on orders over €[amount]; below that it starts from €[amount]. Subscription orders always ship free.

Yes — you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Coffee & freshness

We roast in small batches close to dispatch. You’ll see the roast date on the bag.

Your choice at checkout. Tell us your brew method and we’ll grind to match, or keep it whole bean.

Somewhere cool, dark and airtight — not the fridge. For the best cup, use it within a few weeks of the roast date.

Each product page lists origin, process and tasting notes. If you’re unsure, email us how you brew and we’ll point you to one.

Returns & payments

You have the EU 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible items. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Email us a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right, fast.

Card, bank-link, and Apple/Google Pay. Everything is processed securely.

Yes. Payments are encrypted and handled by our payment provider — we never see your card details.
