Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship and handle returns. This page forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Where we ship
We ship across Lithuania only. You can choose courier delivery or a parcel locker at checkout, via carriers such as Omniva, LP Express and DPD.
2. Dispatch time
We roast and prepare orders in small batches so your coffee arrives fresh. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
3. Shipping costs
- Free shipping in Lithuania on orders over €50.
- Below that, shipping starts from €3, depending on the carrier and parcel size you choose at checkout.
- Subscription orders ship free within Lithuania.
The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery within Lithuania typically takes 1-3 business days. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
5. Tracking your order
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have an account, you can also see your order status there.
6. Returns and the right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, under Lithuanian and EU law. How this applies depends on the item:
Coffee and food products
Coffee is a perishable food product. For health-protection and hygiene reasons, coffee and other consumables cannot be returned once delivered, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If there is anything wrong with your coffee, contact us and we will put it right.
Brewing gear and merchandise
Unused gear and merchandise in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email tds@specialtycoffee.lt with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Items must be returned in resaleable condition.
7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please email tds@specialtycoffee.lt within a reasonable time, with your order number and a photo where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and check your return (or confirm a fault), we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. For withdrawals, we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
9. Cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at tds@specialtycoffee.lt. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
