Specialty Coffee Lithuania started because we got tired of coffee that didn't taste like anything. Not bad, exactly. Just flat. Uniform. Designed not to offend rather than to interest. Once you taste coffee that actually expresses something — a specific farm, a specific season, a specific choice by a producer who cared — the other kind stops making sense.
